Park days are usually well attended, but you are welcome to check with the Talk loop to confirm that friends will be there.

Doggie Reminders: Please remember that not all parks allow dogs. Please keep your dogs on leash while at park day too. Every city in the South Bay has a leash law, and some of our members aren't comfortable around dogs, so using leashes at all times will make everyone feel welcome.

BOWLING IS BACK!
Gable House Bowling -Torrance
First Thursday of the month at 1pm.
Bowl one game, get one free when you present an AMC movie stub
(and I've used Regal movie stubs too, so try any stub).
No need to mention that we are homeschoolers. Interested parties just show up.

TABLE TENNIS HOMESCHOOL DAY EVERY SECOND THURSDAY!
From 12-3PM at RoboFit Table Tennis Center in Torrance (1513 W. Sepulveda Blvd.), For $4 per person, you can play on the tables, robots (ball machines), or both with no time limit. The regular price is $6/30min for a table rental and $8/30min. for a robot rental. RoboFit is located east of Western Ave. at Lockness and Sepulveda.

FOR PRE-TWEENS
ages 6-10

SBHN-PreTween Loop This is an email loop for homeschooling parents in the South Bay with children aged 6-10 (or children whose interests lie in the age range of 7-9). Members of this group can chat, plan, or lurk. Anyone is welcome to post ideas and activities for events that will interest children in this age range.

ages 13-17

TEEN DROP-IN
Last Saturday of every month from 7pm-10pm
This is a drop off event hosted by chaperoning parent(s)
